Once a secure match is identified, we facilitate formal residency and financial agreements, establishing clear boundaries for a safe, optimized living environment.

Comprehensive Clinical Assessment for Seniors: $150 (Flat Fee due at time of scheduling)
***Non-Refundable Policy: The assessment fee covers the cost of the Certified Dementia Practitioner (CDP) evaluation, clinical risk profiling, and background vetting. This fee is strictly non-refundable, regardless of final matching eligibility***
Alternative Transition Care:
In the event that an applicant's cognitive or mobility baseline requires a higher level of clinical care than a shared living community can safely provide, the Consultant will leverage the assessment data to provide the family with professional recommendations for alternative, secure senior living environments.
